Please read all the details carefully before you fill in your nomination.
Deadline to file Nomination form:
The deadline for “Filing Candidate Nomination is no later than 12thSeptember 2026
6 PM. Withdrawal of nomination is no later than 14th September 2026 6 PM
Number of Candidates & the term:
15 Executive Members is needed to form a committee. The term is for 2 years (i.e. 2026 -2028)
Criteria to accept the nomination:
(if the below conditions are not met, the form cannot be submitted)
- Must be current Paid member. (Subscription for the period 01 Apr 2026 31 Mar 2027 must have been paid 31 Aug 2026)
- Must have completed full one year of membership of NZKK prior to 01 Apr 2026.
- Must be conversant in Kannada.
Insufficient Nominations:
If the number of nominations filed is less than the number of vacancies (i.e. 15) the election officer will declare the candidates elected without the necessity of actually holding the election.
